We stayed in the Airbnb for 2 weeks and we loved it. GREAT location right in downtown Kingsport. We loved how walkable everything was. The space was beautiful and comfortable, and we loved that our dog, Nora, was welcomed. Travis and Jennifer were both very kind and available when needed. I would highly recommend this spot!

Definitely one of the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at… This town is simply amazing… Wish we would had more time there!! Jennifer and Travis make you feel completely at home in this beautifully design space! We love it so much we wanna come back again for the same event next year, and possibly in between! Jennifer does it again! This is my second time staying at one of Jennifer’s AirBnb’s and I’m impressed to say the least. This time I stayed downtown Kingsport on a whim, Jennifer was so accommodating to me again in a short period of time. What a beautiful place like all of her other listings. So cozy and such a great location! Never thought I would be a “repeat” customer with one AirBnb Host but looks like she’s got her hooks in me. Thanks again Jennifer, you run a tight and solid operation with all your properties! They all feel like resorts! Appreciate you!

James and Jennifer were both instantly responsive to the last minute reservation request I made. They even allowed for an early check in which helped tremendously. The place was amazing! Incredibly unique and thoughtfully decorated. The entire space felt like home, we didn’t want to leave! Next time we’re in town we will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay here!!! Jennifer and Travis have thought of it all. It was a home away from home, well stocked/furnished. The sunsets and scenic views from the back deck and hottub were incredible. Conveniently located near the interstate but still rural and quiet. This is the first Airbnb I've ever stayed at that had their own app with information/guidance about the home and information about surrounding cities and things to do. Very responsive and friendly hosts that made our stay a pleasure. Will definitely book again in the future.

I have stayed here multiple times, and as always, everything was great. The place is consistently clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jennifer is highly reliable and very responsive. Truly goes above and beyond at every turn. Always a pleasant experience here with her and Travis. I highly recommend.

Jennifer’s place was great. We’ve stayed here multiple times and love the charm that remains from its roots as a telephone building. It’s walkable to lots of amazing restaurants. Will definitely stay again next time I’m up in Kingsport.

Our stay at The Summit at Peaceful Peak was wonderful! Jennifer & Travis are amazing hosts! Extremely friendly & inviting. They even welcomed us with music playing when we walked in. Super cool! Maple & Phoenix are an added pleasure! The view of the mountains is beautiful. The house is immaculate! There isn’t one accommodation you can think of that the house doesn’t already provide. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Giant Jenga was fun, too! And, seeing the wildlife while we were there reminded us of home. We had an amazing weekend here & the kids have requested this be our permanent TN retreat! We absolutely recommend Peaceful Peak & hope to return soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jennifer was an excellent host! The home was perfect for our extended stay. The amenities were great, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. Definitely recommend, and will be staying here in the future when we visit beautiful Bristol again.

My husband I stayed at Jennifer’s place for eleven nights and we could not have been more pleased. The space was thoughtfully decorated with beautiful art to look at throughout. We appreciated the modern appliances and made good use of the washer and dryer in the unit. The smart tv is mounted on the wall and rotates so we could watch from the living room space or while lying in bed. Any questions that we had were quickly answered by Jennifer. The location is perfect for solo travelers or couples. We enjoyed the ability to walk to the best restaurants and bars that Kingsport has to offer. We will definitely stay at Jennifer’s place again and every time we visit Kingsport.
