The pictures tell the story. But there’s even more. The building is beautiful in such a quaint historic town. We really enjoyed our trip here! The boutique downstairs was quite a bonus. Restaurants all over, just a fun place. We were lucky to not have too much noise coming from the gym downstairs and the earplugs and sound machine really helped. Plus, she was very clear about the noise prior to my reservations. We would love to come back again!

Jennifer’s place was great. We’ve stayed here multiple times and love the charm that remains from its roots as a telephone building. It’s walkable to lots of amazing restaurants. Will definitely stay again next time I’m up in Kingsport.

My husband I stayed at Jennifer’s place for eleven nights and we could not have been more pleased. The space was thoughtfully decorated with beautiful art to look at throughout. We appreciated the modern appliances and made good use of the washer and dryer in the unit. The smart tv is mounted on the wall and rotates so we could watch from the living room space or while lying in bed. Any questions that we had were quickly answered by Jennifer. The location is perfect for solo travelers or couples. We enjoyed the ability to walk to the best restaurants and bars that Kingsport has to offer. We will definitely stay at Jennifer’s place again and every time we visit Kingsport.

This downtown apartment was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated; impeccable design throughout. It was well stocked with amenities and even had snacks, which was a lovely touch. The hosts were extremely responsive, and communication was seamless from start to finish. The building also has great features like a gym and a really cool wine bar downstairs. The community is very friendly, and the overall vibe made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!
