Rental Agreement & Security Deposit All reservations for The Countryside by Peaceful Peak require a signed rental agreement and a $500 security deposit. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to review and electronically sign the agreement, along with details regarding the security deposit. Please note, the rental agreement must be completed prior to arrival. Check-in instructions and access details will be shared once the agreement has been fully signed. The Countryside at Peaceful Peak is not a party venue. Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. The pool is maintained at a comfortable 80° during the season as needed. For an even warmer, more relaxing experience, you can upgrade to enhanced pool heating for $50 per night, we’ll raise the temperature to a cozy 85° for your stay.
