I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy little space! It’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better: right in downtown Bristol, just a couple of minutes from State Street and only about 9 minutes from Bristol Regional Medical Center. It’s close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots, yet still quiet and peaceful inside. The place had everything I needed and more. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and all the small conveniences that make a stay easy. Jennifer and Travis were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive, kind, and clearly take great care of the property. Everything was spotless and well maintained. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely perfect venue and hosts! We had family in town for our wedding and every bit of their stay was top-notch with the efforts and accommodations they received. They kept saying how wonderful it was and how they would highly recommend and desire to come back!

The pictures tell the story. But there’s even more. The building is beautiful in such a quaint historic town. We really enjoyed our trip here! The boutique downstairs was quite a bonus. Restaurants all over, just a fun place. We were lucky to not have too much noise coming from the gym downstairs and the earplugs and sound machine really helped. Plus, she was very clear about the noise prior to my reservations. We would love to come back again!

We stayed here for a little over a month while our house was being build with our dogs! Jennifer’s place gave us a temporary home where we all felt comfortable and stress free during a pretty chaotic time! The home is very functional for both long and short term stays. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We were so thankful to make this our temporary home!

So much attention to detail! We loved our stay and wished we had more time to enjoy it. It’s beautiful inside and out and you can tell Jennifer pays attention to every single detail and thoughtfulness. Very relaxing, beautiful decor and everything you want in a home. Beautiful and cozy with the most incredible sunset views! Home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Convenient to Bristol for race weekend and Bays Mountain park for lots of dog friendly hiking trails.

This was one of the best Air B&Bs yet! Jennifer is the absolute best hostess! Beautiful home with everything you need & the decor…. Wow! The kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms…. Trust me the pool and hot tubs, fire pits and so much more! You will not be disappointed with this rental!

We stayed in the Airbnb for 2 weeks and we loved it. GREAT location right in downtown Kingsport. We loved how walkable everything was. The space was beautiful and comfortable, and we loved that our dog, Nora, was welcomed. Travis and Jennifer were both very kind and available when needed. I would highly recommend this spot!

Definitely one of the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at… This town is simply amazing… Wish we would had more time there!! Jennifer and Travis make you feel completely at home in this beautifully design space! We love it so much we wanna come back again for the same event next year, and possibly in between! Jennifer does it again! This is my second time staying at one of Jennifer’s AirBnb’s and I’m impressed to say the least. This time I stayed downtown Kingsport on a whim, Jennifer was so accommodating to me again in a short period of time. What a beautiful place like all of her other listings. So cozy and such a great location! Never thought I would be a “repeat” customer with one AirBnb Host but looks like she’s got her hooks in me. Thanks again Jennifer, you run a tight and solid operation with all your properties! They all feel like resorts! Appreciate you!
