I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and the beautiful sunsets on the back deck. Everything was perfect and it had everything we could possibly need. We'll definitely be back.

Wow! This has to be the most beautiful and lavish home i have stayed at. This was a celebratory splurge for my fiancé and i and it did not disappoint! The location was on a dead end street, which offered an incredible amount of privacy. Pulling up to the home - i was in awe of how beautiful the landscaping and the architecture of the home. It was so peaceful, such beautiful colors and views. Upon entering the home, an incredibly clean and perfectly crafted decor and furniture greeted me. The open concept from dining room, kitchen and living room was perfect and the views into the back patio were incredible. The furniture and decor in each room was like it was from a magazine. The bathroom felt like you were entering a spa. The outdoors was even more impressive than i had pictured. The outdoor kitchen had almost everything you needed or could think of to grill and cook. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and heating elements were just perfect. Truly a stunning stay and worth it

Honestly, pictures don’t do this property justice. Do yourself a favor, if you’re even remotely thinking of booking this home, DO IT! You will not be disappointed! I couldn’t be happier that we chose this place to have family together to celebrate our son’s college graduation. Every detail was well thought out. Bring your food, drinks, fur babies, and bathing suits and enjoy this pristine property!

We had a great stay. The home exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we were looking for for a quick Mother’s Day getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well done. Since the property is new, GPS does not pinpoint the location perfectly yet, but the host provided very clear directions and we had no trouble finding it. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! I was working in the area for a few weeks, and this place made the whole experience so much better. Every day I was excited to come back “home” and enjoy the space. The living room is absolutely amazing, super cozy and perfect to relax after work. The kitchen has everything you could need, which made it easy for me to cook and prepare food to take to work every day. You can really tell the hosts thought about every detail. The bed was super comfortable, and overall the apartment truly felt like home. Clean, welcoming, comfortable, and with great vibes all around. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend! This is one of the cutest properties we’ve stayed at and super convenient to everything! We really loved the space, decor, cleanliness and extras touches from the hosts, and we would absolutely stay again! Also, even for being in the heart of downtown it was very peaceful and quiet, we only noticed people at a nearby restaurant when we left for dinner ourselves! This is definitely one of those spaces that make it hard to leave, and It was perfect for our short weekend away!

My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Everything was well thought out- every detail meticulously planned. We brought groceries and cooked there and just enjoyed for three days. The hot tub and porch swing make it extra special. Will stay here again and can’t wait!

We had a wonderful stay at the Urban Artistry Loft Retreat in Kingsport. My son and I spent four nights here while visiting the area for a few days of fishing, and it turned out to be the perfect home base. The condo is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and has a great cozy feel that made it easy to relax after long days outdoors. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was also ideal for accessing some of the best fishing spots in the Southeast. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay in the area.

My family and I stayed 3 nights at the "Peaceful Peak" property in Kingsport. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were welcoming, charming and sincerely cared about our stay and experience at their rental. Their place is stocked with the essentials you need to cook your own meals, relax, and completely decompress from the outside world. The location of the property is awesome and within striking distance of anything you might want to do or see in the tri-cities area. The place was immacuately clean and really felt like a mountain resort to our family. We have traveled and stayed in Airbnbs and other upscale resorts in the Far East, Europe, and many different parts of the U.S. over the years and I have to say that staying at this place was one of my favorite travel experiences ever! The first night we were having dinner at the place my husband told my family that this place feels like our home away from home. It's beautiful, serene, and forces you to relax! Book a stay here!
