My family and I stayed 3 nights at the "Peaceful Peak" property in Kingsport. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were welcoming, charming and sincerely cared about our stay and experience at their rental. Their place is stocked with the essentials you need to cook your own meals, relax, and completely decompress from the outside world. The location of the property is awesome and within striking distance of anything you might want to do or see in the tri-cities area. The place was immacuately clean and really felt like a mountain resort to our family. We have traveled and stayed in Airbnbs and other upscale resorts in the Far East, Europe, and many different parts of the U.S. over the years and I have to say that staying at this place was one of my favorite travel experiences ever! The first night we were having dinner at the place my husband told my family that this place feels like our home away from home. It's beautiful, serene, and forces you to relax! Book a stay here!

My husband and I had an incredible stay. This home was very relaxing and the kitchen had all the amenities you could think ask for. We enjoyed the hot tub and I loved the outdoor swing!! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt amazing! Jennifer was a great host and answered all our questions very quickly! We will visit again!

Let’s just start with the curb appeal, The cabin feel and incredible decor blended perfectly for a very unique experience. Mindfully placed furniture and plants made you feel like you’re in a mountain escape. The deck gives you beautiful views with seclusion. The hot tub in Edison lights on the back patio make for a relaxing evening. The best part of the stay was the incredible detail of the bed sheets they were phenomenal they were like nothing I ever slept in before. All this was topped off with the superior service and great communication all the way around from the host. We definitely will be back and we highly recommend staying here this location has everything you would need!

Excellent little location in the heart of downtown Kingsport. We had an event at a nearby venue and found the access, parking, and location excellent. We weren’t here long enough to enjoy all the features, but the unit was thoughtfully appointed with supplies beyond the bare necessities. Well run, and would consider not just this property but other ones managed by the same owner.

Just Incredible! The attention to detail in this home makes you feel like you are in a magazine, in the best comfy cozy way possible. We didn’t want to leave, especially the kids. Jennifer was very friendly, kind, communicative and accommodating. We would love to come back! Thank You so much!

I have stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was by far one of the best experiences I have had. The house and the property are absolutely stunning; I truly loved the modern cabin vibe, and the surroundings were beautiful. It is clear that Jennifer has thought of every detail to make a stay extraordinary. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, from providing the supplies for s'mores to supplying a dog bed for our pup. Great studio apartment for 2 people. Easy to park for free on the street. Plenty of restaurants to walk to just down the street. Great wine bar in the lower level. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need and more. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The house is beautifully updated and comes with everything you need for your stay. I’ve never seen such a well stocked rental property. The surroundings are private and peaceful even though you are just minutes from the highway and town. The beds are super comfortable as well as all of the furniture in the house. Finally the hosts are always responsive and extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend Peaceful Peak strongly enough.

Jennifer's place was exactly what I was looking for. The unit was just like she described it. When I had a couple of questions she was very helpful and quick to respond. I would most definitely recommend!!!
